One of the main concerns of Traterme is sustainable development as an organisation. The company’s constant growth is based on this premise.
Since 2004, Traterme has been leveraging the inherent quality of its services. This concern is reflected in the implementation and certification of its Quality Management System according to standard NP EN ISO 9001. From that moment on, the company’s management initiatives have been guided by the principle of continuous improvement, based on service excellence offering.

Since people are the company’s main asset and there is a concern for the development of their human resources and technical skills, Traterme invests in a demanding training program for its employees so that there is a win-win relationship in which both parties (individuals and company) gain skills and new knowledge.

Traterme, along with Universities and vocational training schools, has developed traineeship programs in which advanced Engineering and Management techniques are implemented.

With this company-school spirit, the company is relentless in its pursuit for excellence. It is a company made up of highly skilled technicians and based on deep know-how.

Year by year the company has been distinguished as a PME Líder (SME Leader) since 2011 and an Empresa Aplauso (Applause Company) since 2009.

It should also be pointed out that Traterme is a qualified supplier of EDP, Galp Energia and Repsol.

Since 2010, Traterme has been licensed by INCI (Institute of Construction and Real Estate) with Building Permit No. 64690, 5th category, subcategory 8, class 1.
